The History of
Summit Management
Summit Management owns and operates several properties throughout the state of Minnesota. From luxury apartments to manufactured home communities, our focus is on providing residents with great housing. Our company was officially started in 1993. Today, we own and operate 9 apartment communities, 9 mobile home communities, 1 resort, and several commercial properties across Minnesota. There are no plans to slow down any time soon. This past year, we celebrated 30 years in business & we can’t wait to see what’s in store for the next 30!

Timber Ridge Luxury Apartments
Let’s go back to Forest Lake, MN. Phase 1 of Timber Ridge was a success in 2016 consisting of 1 building with similar amenities to Arbor Ridge including a 24/7 fitness center, community room, package concierge, pet spa, massage room & more! Phase 2 of Timber Ridge was completed in 2023 and featured 2 buildings to accommodate the need for apartment living in the area. This build encompassed everything that the other 2 properties had, with the addition of smart apartments to make our residents’ lives even more convenient & high-tech. We are very proud of the properties built under Summit Management & hope for a bright future for our residents & company!
