We strive to provide a comfortable and safe environment with the best accommodations for our residents.

Community Involvement

As a company, we strive to give back to the communities that surround our properties. We do our best to stay involved in community events & gatherings, but we wanted to take that a step further. In 2022, we started a Food Drive at our properties in Duluth, MN. The success we saw from this event was heartwarming. We collected over 2,000 pounds of food to give to our local Food Bank.

Our residents wanted to give back along with us & it truly showed the meaning of community. Each year we have collected more food and expanded our efforts. We make it a priority to facilitate a community clean-up day every Earth Day as well. We are constantly looking for new ways to grow and give back. It doesn’t stop here!
