Job Responsibilities:
- Project Management, planning, budgeting, and completing projects related to rental property upkeep and improvements. Examples include; paving, concrete, flooring, drywall, siding, windows, doors, landscaping, carpentry, and renovations.
- Plan and execute maintenance tasks as needed
- Utilize existing skills and learn new skills to do work “in house” that would otherwise have been hired out to vendors
- Assist with upholding high standards for quality of work and customer service
- Provide guidance, training, and support to site and roving maintenance staff
- Provide input for capital improvements and equipment purchases
Job Requirements:
- Strong mechanical inclination is essential, the ability to see a problem, determine the cause, and follow through with a repair.
- Understanding, comprehension, and experience with elements of residential construction and remodeling. (exterior work, basic electrical, basic plumbing, painting, drywall finishing)
- Experience operating equipment used in snow removal, and lawn care.
- Comfortable with basic computer and iPhone skills (email, texting, Excel)
- Willingness to lead by example and demonstrate strong hands on work ethic when needed
- Valid driver's license
- Physical ability to move around buildings and grounds in all weather conditions; Bend, stretch, stoop, stand, sit, balance, climb stairs and ladders; Lift, carry, push/pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maximum of 125 pounds with assistance

Join our team as a Shuttle Bus Driver supporting residents and students traveling between our apartment communities and UMD/CSS. We are looking for a bright, talented, and self-motivated driver. Drivers will fill time between runs working on various maintenance tasks in our shop.
The tasks would include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Preventative maintenance of vehicles and grounds care equipment
- Maintain a clean professional appearance while driving shuttle routes
- Transport passengers to and from destinations in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the shuttle bus: Washing the outside and interior cleaning
- Vehicle service and diagnostics
Minimum Qualifications:
- Class A or B Driver’s license: With passenger endorsement
- No Air brake restrictions
- At least 6 months of behind-the-wheel experience operating full-size buses or trucks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and have excellent customer service skills
- Preferred: Experience with vehicle service, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance (preferred)
Schedule:
Part-time hours M-F 12:30pm-5:30pm, with possible full-time hours. Pay from $20-25+/hour depending on driving and repair experience. Shuttle route runs late August-mid May with summer hours available.

Schedule:
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours weekly), Summer OVT
Responsibilities include:
- General cleaning and upkeep of common areas, offices, and community spaces
- Assisting with apartment turnovers, including cleaning units between residents
- Manage and Supervise a team of cleaners during turnovers
- Maintaining cleanliness of hallways, entryways, restrooms, and amenity areas

Key Responsibilities:

This role is essential to keeping our properties safe, clean, and looking their best year-round.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily grounds upkeep across multiple residential properties
- Lawn care including mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscaping
- Pruning shrubs, trees, and maintaining planting beds
- Basic irrigation system repairs and monitoring
