Minneapolis, MN – On July 21st, 2022, Finance & Commerce presented its prestigious Top Projects Award to Mark Lambert and the Summit Management Team for their achievements in the construction industry and the development of the Vue at BlueStone, in Duluth.
This award recognizes the developers, designers, builders, and financiers who are quite literally building our community. Finance & Commerce Top Projects is our yearly look back at the excellent work that’s happened in the previous year and marvel at how these plans and projects remade the landmarks of the past or established the landmarks of the future.
Projects are judged for their degree of difficulty, creativity in design, innovative construction techniques, cooperation among contractors and management, and sustainability efforts.

Vue at BlueStone is Summit Management’s latest development located in Duluth, MN. This 193-unit luxury apartment building broke ground in December of 2019 and was completed in July of 2021. The Vue features a variety of new and innovative amenities, high-end appliances, and elegant finishes. Close attention was paid to the design, creativity, and sustainability of this project as Kerri Maas, Property Manager, explains:
“The Vue was built to be energy efficient. It features light sensors in our hallways and updated technology throughout the property. We have the smart Stratis app that allows keyless entry throughout the building and gives residents the ability to control their thermostat from afar.”
Winning the Top Projects award means a lot to President, Mark Lambert, and everyone involved in this accomplishment. Summit values the relationship they have with the Duluth community and The Vue is honored to be named one of the Top Projects of 2021. “The Vue was really a blank canvas to create a stunning building,” said Lambert. “it’s a special place and our team excelled in developing a multi-generational community featuring creative design, a true neighborhood atmosphere and spectacular views of Lake Superior.” Summit plans to continue putting their residents and community first as they move into the future. The Vue completed the BlueStone trio, and they will forever cherish this award and what it means.
